RO Pressurization
High pressure centrifugal pump boosts water pressure to 160lbs
Storage & Recirculation
Water is constantly recirculated while treated with ozonator to maintain a sterile, bacteria free environment
5-Micron Carbon Filter
Polishes water giving a smooth refreshing taste
Ozone Bottle Rinser
Contained bottle rinser to sanitize inside and outside of bottle removing all bacteria, algae, spores and viruses
Ion Exchange
Removes minerals such as lead, iron, mercury, and cadmium
1 – Micron Sediment Filter
Traps even smaller contaminants – for example a red blood cell is 5-10 microns and Anthrax bacteria is 1-5 microns.
Reverse Osmosis
Two .0002 micron membranes allow only pure water molecules to pass
Re-Pressurization
Water is re-pressurized for post filtration and UV sterilization
Ultraviolet Disinfection
UV chambers sterilize up to 99.9% of any remaining bacteria, viruses, etc
Purified Water Dispensing
Water is drawn from continuous re-circulation loop to stainless steel dispensers that are constantly sanitized
